WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR CLIENTS

  1. Return our phone calls and paperwork in a timely manner
  2. Communicate with us...including complaints. If there is an issue on something, please let us know. We can’t read minds!
  3. Schedule an annual review. Whether we are ’up’ or ’down’, we think you deserve to hear how you’re doing in an annual client meeting. We prefer to have these face-to-face, but when geographically necessary we are happy to send out materials and schedule a phone review
  4. Refer others to us that you believe would be a good fit for both them and us
